- Three half hour periods of sitting meditation with five minutes of walking meditation in-between.
- Daisan (personal interviews with the teacher)
- Dharma Talk and discussion

Nearest cross street with parking is McHatten St.. There is plenty of parking available.
If coming by public transport, the nearest station is North Sydney station.
We are a 10 minute walk up the hill from the station on the left hand side heading north.
